Bokeh Depth Studio is provided as a free tool for personal and commercial use. You are granted permission to use the software for processing your images. You retain full ownership and copyright of any images processed using this tool.
The materials on Bokeh Depth Studio are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Since all processing happens on the client-side, we are not responsible for any performance issues or browser crashes caused by large image files or hardware limitations.
In no event shall Bokeh Depth Studio or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Bokeh Depth Studio.
We do not store your images. However, you are responsible for the content you process. Do not use this tool to process illegal or prohibited materials.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
